Beginning with our initial consultation meeting where I learn exactly what you want, I'll do all of the hard work for you and make the process enjoyable and take away your stress.

1. unlimited phone and email access

2. creation and management of event budget

3. creation and management of event timeline and tasks

4. finding and working with a venue

5. finding all event vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, etc.)

6. liaison with all event vendors

7. oversight of setup, serving, and cleaning up crews

8. setup of hotel block for out of town guests

9. coordinating with venues and vendor to adjust headcount and timelines

10. running of event

11. ensuring all necessary permits and insurance are purchased
